In 1992,TV Project was registered in Secretaria de Apoio à Cultura/SAC, receiving yearly approval for raising funds for its research since then. In 1994, the screenplay to be produced in film was approved by Secretaria para o Desenvolvimento do Audiovisual/SDAv/Ministry for Culture to raise funds in the open market/CETIP/ANDIMA/CVM
